Repeat the above sequence until the YELLOW side of the corner that you are rotating is on top. KEEP THE SAME SIDE FACING YOU.Rotate the TOP LAYER ONLY until the next corner piece to be rotated is in the top right position. Repeat the moves until the YELLOW side of the corner piece is on top. DO NOT DESPAIR AND KEEP THE SAME SIDE FACING YOU IT WILL ONLY BE SOLVED ONCE THE LAST CORNER IS ORIENTATED. NOTE: THIS ROUTINE MAY APPEAR TO UPSET THE REST OF THE CUBE. The next steps will turn the corners (one by one) the correct way and ultimately solve the cube. STEP 3 - ORIENTATE LAST LAYER CORNERS (turn the corner the correct way around) Solution: Keep turning the top Layer (yellow) until only ONE corner is in the correct position. Possible Problem1: You have 2 corners in the correct position (matching their bottom colors) The corners may not be the correct way around - that's OK. They are called “Cubaholics”.Repeat the sequence above until all the corners are in the correct position, meaning the colors match the bottom corner (excluding white and yellow). But first let me warn you as “Cubing” infects people of all ages around the globe, there has actually been a name given for those that are obsessed with a Rubik Cube. For further instructions you can visit ’s-Cube-(Easy-Move-Notation). If you’ve ever tried to solve the Rubik’s cube and given up, I encourage you to try it again now using the Fridrich method I began to explain. Now you should have the bottom of the cube solid white and the bottom layer of each side filled with one color. It could take a few tries to get it right but keep repeating it until you get it. Then do the following move: move the right side clockwise, top clockwise, right counter clockwise.Ĩ.Do the same steps with the other white pieces. Match the adjacent color diagonally to its same color by moving only the top layer. This move can be used on any side.ħ.Now look at the other color that is adjacent to the white on its side, not top. Up clockwise, to 180 degrees, then right goes right back down. If you have a white corner piece on the top you have to memorize a move.
